SEOGhost is operated by NITRO NETWORKS SAS, based in Paris, France.
By creating an account or using SEOGhost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SEOGhost crawls competitor sites, queues topics, and generates SEO articles for the sites you connect to your account. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before it is published.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rate shown at signup. Beta pricing is locked for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You own the content generated for your sites. You can export it as Markdown/HTML at any time, including after cancellation.
You agree not to use SEOGhost to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to manipulate search rankings through spam or deceptive practices in a way that violates a search engine's published guidelines.
SEOGhost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including ranking or traffic changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
